The Jersey Shore Rescue Mission is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and all donations to the Mission's programs are tax deductible.
We are an independent work and are not associated with any larger organization, church, or denomination. The Mission receives no direct government funds, nor are we a United Way agency. The individuals we help are without any insurance coverage and we never charge for the services we offer in the community.
All support for the Mission's programs comes from individuals, businesses, civic organizations and foundations in this local area. In addition to cash gifts, we accept used cars, saleable clothing and household goods in good condition to be re-sold at our thrift store. The revenues from these sales are tax deductible and also used to fund our programs.
We are deeply grateful for these ministry partners - without them, this work would cease to exist.
